Wow, it's been awhile since my last post. My wife and I have been busily searching for our new place. We finally found a house in Stratford CT, and we are really excited to move in. Our scheduled move date is set for May 1st, so it's going to be hectic the next month or so. As for the sketch above, I had this idea of putting two unlikely characters in an illustration...it just turned out to be a dingy pirate and a cute little girl. lol

Excellent sketch, sir! Liking the contrast between these characters. Nice to see Mrs. Potts making a cameo too.

Great drawing! I personally don't think one should have a tea party without inviting at least one pirate. Good luck with the move, I look forward to your next post.

This is a fun piece- Looks like in the end that little girl is going to have one up on that pirate. Good luck with the move- With a longer commute you will have more time to sketch on the train- or sleep.

haha, whats up martin. how weird is it that similar ideas come about just a couple months apart, by two people who've never met, 3000 miles away?!?
